Perceived Denial Scale (PDS)
A parent-reported measure of perceived contact disruption. Pair it with contemporaneous records and the child’s broader context.

Contemporaneous event log

- Define the behavior in observable language before selecting a scale.
- Record frequency, duration, latency, context, and source of information when relevant.
- Compare reports with communications, orders, schedules, and other available records.
